Accounts and organizations

Your company within Abi’s system. The system is made up of partners and their users.
Subpartner
A service name, brand, or company through which a partner offers Abi to customers.
User account
Your customer within Abi’s system.
Account policy holder
The primary user of a group account to whom other users are related.
Identifiers
Section titled “Identifiers”User ID (id)
The identifier generated and returned by Abi. Use it for Abi API operations and GoApp authentication.
User unique ID (uniqueId)
An optional customer identifier from your own system, such as an insurance number.
Access and subscriptions
Section titled “Access and subscriptions”Subscription
A period during which a user can access the configured Abi service.
Active subscription
A subscription whose start and end dates include the current date, which has not been cancelled, and whose active field is true.
Active or live user
A user with at least one active subscription.
Pending activation
A user with no active subscription but at least one future subscription.
Deactivated user
A user with no active or future subscriptions. A later subscription can reactivate access.
Physician country
The country or countries in which the healthcare professionals serving the user are licensed.
